LIBERTY, February 23, 2016 - TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY A POTENT UPPER LEVEL STORM SYSTEM WILL MOVE INTO THE AREA EARLY TUESDAY AND BRING A SLIGHT CHANCE OF SEVERE STORMS. ISOLATED TORNADOES...STRAIGHT LINE WINDS AND HAIL ARE ALL POSSIBILITIES IN
ANY STRONG CELLS THAT MAY DEVELOP. PRECIPITATION SHOULD TAPER OFF IN THE EARLY TO MID AFTERNOON HOURS. IN THE WAKE OF THE DEPARTING SYSTEM AND COLD FRONT...FREQUENT WIND GUSTS TO BETWEEN 30 AND 40 MPH ARE EXPECTED INTO WEDNESDAY. A WIND ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT. NO SIGNIFICANT WEATHER IS EXPECTED BEYOND WEDNESDAY.

STRONGER GUSTS APPROACHING 40 MPH.

* IMPACT...STRONG...GUSTY WINDS WILL BLOW AROUND LOOSE OBJECTS
