Woman Trespasses at Wal-Mart LIBERTY, April 11, 2016 - On April 8, 2016 an Officer with the Liberty Police Department responded to Wal-Mart in reference to a trespass call.
The Officer informed Glenn that there had been paper work documenting about her not being able to be back on the property. The Officer received a copy for the complainant and was also told by dispatch that the subject was not allowed on the store property. Glenn was then placed into custody for the trespassing charge. During the investigation the Officer recovered two types of controlled substances in pill form from Glenn’s purse. Glenn was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Criminal Trespass and transported to the Liberty County Jail.
