Theft at Wal-Mart

LIBERTY, April 17, 2015 - City of Liberty Police Officer were dispatched to Wal-Mart for a theft on April 13, 2015 at 8:30 AM.

A description of the suspect was given and was located outside the store. He was arrested for Outstanding Warrants.

Officer reviewed the video surveillance tapes and found that Frank Wesley Bohler, Jr. age 44 had taken a cordless drill, two packages of T-Bone Steaks and a New York Strip Steak. The total amount came to $117.26.

Bohler was found to have two previous convictions for theft on his record.

Bohler was charged with Theft and transported to the Liberty County Jail.
