ATM Robbery at Wells Fargo Bank

LIBERTY, July 30, 2015 – On July 29, 2015 at approximately 6:00 pm Liberty Police Department received multiple calls in reference to a robbery at the ATM at Wells Fargo Bank located in the 2300 block of North Main. While officers were in route to the call the dispatchers received more calls in reference to a robbery at Cash America Pawn located in the 2400 block of Magnolia.

Officers were give a description as a new model Toyota four door car with three black males. Officers were unable to locate the vehicle or the males at that time.

Officers arrived at both locations and found that nothing was taken from the Wells Fargo Bank. Officers were advised that two black males who were armed with weapons attempted to take property but left without taking any. Officers found that three black males armed with weapons entered Cash American Pawn and took an unknown amount of property before leaving. No one was injured during the robberies.
