AUSTIN, July 3, 2015 - The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) has added Michael Thomas Osborn, 46, to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list, and a cash reward up to $7,500 is now being offered for information leading to his capture. On June 2, Osborn removed the ankle monitor he was required to wear while out on bond for two Harris County charges of indecency with a child. All tips are guaranteed to be anonymous.
