WITH THE STEADY PRECIPITATION. LOCALIZED FLASH FLOOD ISSUES MAY BECOME A CONCERN WHERE ANY TRAINING HEAVIER BANDS SET UP MONDAY AND MONDAY NIGHT.

MODEL DATA SUGGESTS BETWEEN 2 AND 4 INCHES OF RAIN COULD FALL BY TUESDAY MORNING ALONG AND NORTH OF A LINE FROM EDNA TO LIVINGSTON. FURTHER SOUTH 1 TO 2 INCHES SHOULD BE COMMON.
