LIBERTY, October 20, 2015 - TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY VERY RICH TROPICAL MOISTURE WILL FLOW INTO THE AREA THURSDAY THROUGH SUNDAY WITH DISORGANIZED LOW PRESSURE MOVING UP THE COAST. THE THREAT OF VERY HEAVY RAIN IS CURRENTLY FAVORABLE FOR PARTS OF SOUTHEAST TEXAS THURSDAY NIGHT THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING...AND FLASH FLOOD WATCHES MIGHT EVENTUALLY BE NEEDED. RAINFALL TOTALS COULD POSSIBLY REACH OR EXCEED 1 TO 3 INCHES GENERALLY ALONG AND NORTH OF A LINE FROM LIBERTY TO CONROE TO THE BRYAN/COLLEGE STATION AREA AND POSSIBLY REACH OR EXCEED 3 TO 5 INCHES SOUTH OF THAT LINE. IN ADDITION...ELEVATED TIDE LEVELS ARE EXPECTED MOST OF THE WEEK...AND COASTAL FLOODING COULD OCCUR AS WINDS INCREASE LATE THIS WEEK. AT THIS TIME...THIS STORM SYSTEM HAS A VERY LOW POTENTIAL TO BECOME TROPICAL.
