LIBERTY, October 19, 2015 - TODAY AND TONIGHT ELEVATED FIRE DANGER WILL EXIST ALONG AND NORTH OF A COLUMBUS TO WOODLANDS TO CLEVELAND LINE TODAY WITH VERY DRY WEATHER CONTINUING. AFTERNOON RELATIVE HUMIDITY DROPPING TO 10-25 PERCENT WITH EASTERLY WINDS OF 5 TO 10 MPH. THE VERY DRY VEGETATION WILL BE PRONE TO BURN AND WILL KEEP CONDITIONS ELEVATED TODAY. IF NOT UNDER A LOCAL BURN BAN...EXTRA CAUTION SHOULD BE USED IF BURNING IS PLANNED.

TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY TIDE LEVELS WILL BE ON THE INCREASE...AND COASTAL FLOODING MAY DEVELOP BY WEDNESDAY. RIP CURRENTS MAY BE STRONG.

VERY RICH TROPICAL MOISTURE WILL FLOW INTO THE AREA THURSDAY AND FRIDAY WITH A DISORGANIZED LOW PRESSURE MOVING UP THE COAST. THE THREAT OF HEAVY RAIN SHOULD ARRIVE LATE THURSDAY AND CONTINUE THROUGH SATURDAY. VERY HEAVY RAIN COULD OCCUR ON FRIDAY AND FRIDAY NIGHT. IN ADDITION ELEVATED TIDE LEVELS ARE EXPECTED MOST OF THE WEEK AND COASTAL FLOODING COULD OCCUR AS WINDS INCREASE LATE THIS WEEK. AT THIS TIME...THIS SYSTEM HAS A VERY LOW POTENTIAL TO BECOME TROPICAL.
