Man Steals Drill from Wal-Mart

LIBERTY June 30, 2015 - On June 13, 2015 City of Liberty Police was dispatched to Wal-Mart for a theft.
Reviewing surveillance it was learned that Kenneth Ray Loften age 37, had taken a Black and Decker drill valued at $58 dollars and went out of the store without paying for it.

On June 26, 2015 Judge Little issued a warrant for Loften’s arrest. Loften was arrested at his home on CR 161 on June 26, 2015, charged with Theft of Property and transported to the Liberty County Jail.
