Man Resists Arrest

LIBERTY, March 26, 2015 - On Saturday, October 24, 2015 around 1:53 PM, the Liberty Police Department received a call from a citizen advising them that a male subject had just possibly fallen into the roadside ditch off FM 563 and did not get up.

Upon arrival in the area, the Officer located a subject laying in the grass just south of the location provided.

Upon making contact with the subject the Officer identified him as Theobert Jannise, Sr. age 52 and determined that Jannise was intoxicated and then was advised the that he had two warrants for his arrest.
