HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK

LIBERTY, January 21, 2015 - TODAY AND TONIGHT AREAS OF DENSE FOG WILL AFFECT THE SOUTHERN HALF OF THE REGION THROUGH MID MORNING. VISIBILITIES WILL FALL TO LESS THAN ONE QUARTER MILE AT TIMES.

AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL APPROACH THE REGION FROM THE WEST DURING THE DAY TODAY. LIGHT RAIN IS POSSIBLE THIS AFTERNOON WITH WIDESPREAD LIGHT TO MODERATE RAINFALL MOVING INTO THE REGION LATE TONIGHT.

THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY WIDESPREAD LIGHT TO MODERATE RAINFALL WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE REGION THURSDAY INTO EARLY FRIDAY. RAINFALL TOTALS ACROSS THE REGION WILL AVERAGE 1-2 INCHES WITH SOME ISOLATED 3-4 INCH TOTALS. MINOR FLOODING WILL BE POSSIBLE IN LOW LYING OR POORLY DRAINING AREAS.
