Drug Arrest on Baker Circle St. Liberty County
LIBERTY, October 22, 2015 - After receiving numerous citizen complaints regarding possible drug activity at a residence at 103 Baker Circle in the City of Ames, Texas and conducting a follow up surveillance on that location, the Liberty County Sheriff’s Criminal Interdiction Unit in conjunction with the District Attorney’s Gang Investigator obtained a narcotic search warrant issued by the Honorable Judge Mark Morefield’s 75th. District Court.
On Wednesday, October 21st. and during the execution of the search warrant, Investigators located five suspects outside of the residence where Marijuana was found on the ground in the same location as the suspects were standing. One suspect was located inside the residence. During the search of the house, Investigators located two vials of Phencyclidine (PCP) weighing approximately 6 grams.
The five suspects arrested outside the house were identified as TRINT RILEY (BM), DOB 12-17-90, JAMAL MOUTON (BM), DOB 6-4-81, TRISTON RILEY (BM), 2-17-92 DOB, LARRY MOUTON (BM), DOB 11-6-83 and ARTERIA MORRIS (BM), DOB 7-4-92. The suspect arrested inside the house was identified as CHRISTINA GILL (WF), DOB 7-23-84.
Jamal Mouton and Triston Riley were charged with Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana.
Trint Riley, Larry Mouton and Arteria Morris were charged with Possession of Marijuana.
Christina Gill was charged with Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance.
This is not the first time this same location was involved in drug activity. The Sheriff’s Criminal Interdiction Unit had previously conducted a narcotic search warrant at the same residence in July of this year where TRISTON RILEY was arrested for several felony drug and weapon charges.
