HOUSTON, July 27, 2015 – Michael Dwayne Cox, 46, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender, is now in custody after being captured on July 20 in Houston. Cox was wanted for failure to register as a sex offender. The arrest was the result of a tip, and a reward up to $3,000 will be paid.
