Anahuac Home Invasion
ANAHUAC June 18, 2015 - Sheriff Brian C. Hawthorne reports that on June 16, 2015 at 1:13 am, 911 received a call of a home invasion that had just occurred on Eagle Ferry Road, south of Anahuac in Chambers County.
The caller, who was also the victim, stated that 2 men broke into his residence, shot him and then stole money. The victim then gave a description of the suspects and the vehicle they
Deputies Orlando and Perry were half a mile from the scene and intercepted the fleeing felons. They are identified as 25 year old Cristian Fuller a white male, and a 33 year old black male, Jermaine Martin. Both are from the Baytown area. A third suspect, Vera Crawley a 24 year old white female was also arrested for assisting the suspects in the Burglary and was placed into the Chambers County Sheriff’s Office Jail.
The victim was transported to the hospital and is expected to recover. The suspects were taken into custody and are awaiting arraignment in the Chambers County jail on charges of, Burglary of a Residence with Intent to Commit a felony other than theft, which is a 1st degree felony.
