Woman Arrested for Possession in Chambers County

ANAHUAC, February 13, 2015 - Sheriff Brian Hawthorne reports that on February 10, 2015 at about 11:20 PM Chambers County deputies Cornelius Roundtree and Kenneth Breakfield were patrolling Hwy 124 when they observed a vehicle blocking the driveway of the Clean Machine Carwash.

When questioned by deputies both occupants whom are from the Winnie area, Clifford Sonnier III age 23 and Annette Breaux age 42 were nervous and evasive.

During a search of the vehicle a pure belonging to Ms. Breaux was found. Inside the purse they found Lorazepam, a controlled substance which she didn’t have a prescription. Ms. Breaux was arrested for a controlled substance and transported to the Chambers County Jail. While being booked into the jail, Ms. Breaux was searched and in her possession was crystal meth.

She is currently in jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Class-A on $4000 dollar bond and Possession of a Dangerous Drug a State Jail Felony with bond set at $10,000 dollars.
