Two Arrested in Dayton for Possession
DAYTON, May 14, 2015 - On April 24, around 9:00 PM the Dayton Police Department received a call about a vehicle backed up beside a house in the 400 block of Smith Street.
As Officer Hart approached the vehicle Christopher Simeon age 26 of Dayton exited the vehicle and approached the officer.
Simeon advised that it was his house and the officer asked for ID that tied him to the house. Simeon became nervous and was unable to do so. The house had been vacant for about ten years.
The driver of the vehicle, William Howard Bianchi II exited the vehicle and advised they were waiting for some girls.
Officer Hart found a small baggy of a white substance thought to be methamphetamine lying on the ground near the door of the vehicle.
Having probable cause to search the vehicle Office Hart found a small bag of a white substance appearing to be methamphetamine in the driver’s door and another under the front seat.
Both Simeon and Bianchi were arrested, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and transported to the Liberty County Jail.
