BURLESON...CHAMBERS...COLORADO...FORT BEND...GALVESTON...
GRIMES...HARRIS...HOUSTON...JACKSON...LIBERTY...MADISON...
MATAGORDA...MONTGOMERY...POLK...SAN JACINTO...TRINITY...
WALKER...WALLER...WASHINGTON AND WHARTON.

* THROUGH TUESDAY AFTERNOON

* HEAVY RAINFALL HAS ALREADY OCCURRED OVER THE CENTRAL PART OF THE
WATCH AREA WITH RAINFALL TOTALS NEAR 7.0" IN JACKSON COUNTY.
WIDESPREAD 1 TO 3" HAS ALREADY OCCURRED WITH ANOTHER 1 TO 3"
POSSIBLE THROUGH TOMORROW.

* FLASH FLOODING CAN EASILY OCCUR OVER URBAN AREAS WERE CONCRETE
ALLOWS WATER TO EASILY POND. TURN AROUND DON`T DROWN! LOW WATER
CROSSINGS AND OTHER LOW LYING AREAS WILL ALSO BE PRONE
FLOODING.
