Burglary of Iguana Joe's Public's Help Requested

MONT BELVIEU, April 24, 2014 - Three suspects involved in the Burglary of Iguana Joe's Restaurant, located in the 9100 block of SH 146, have been arrested and the fourth suspect is still at large with a warrant issued for his arrest.

The three suspects that are now in custody and have been charged with two (2) felonies (Burglary of a Building and Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity) are Quanta Travone Abraham, 20 yoa, of Channelview, Sheldon Gene Jones, 21 yoa, of Crosby and Charlotta Renee Herrera, 21 yoa, of Mont Belvieu.

The fourth suspect, still at large, is Leobardo Jose Reyes, 20 yoa, of Dayton. The Mont Belvieu Police Department is actively searching for Reyes.

The Burglary of the Iguana Joe's Restaurant occurred on Tuesday 04/04/14 at approximately 3:37am. Entry into the restaurant was made through the front doors and items stolen included a 42" television, a large amount of liquor and approximately $30.00 in assorted coins. Inside and outside restaurant video
captured the suspects entering and leaving the building and getting into a black vehicle and exiting the parking lot.

The burglary case was assigned to Detective Benny Simpson and through his hard work and dedication all suspects were identified and charged.

The Mont Belvieu Police Department is requesting the public's assistance in getting the fourth suspect (Leobardo Jose Reyes) located. If anyone knows the whereabouts of Reyes they are asked to contact Detective Simpson at 281-576-2417.
