Arrest Made in Jack in the Box Robbery

LIBERTY, June 12, 2014 - On Wednesday Liberty Police prepared a Probable Cause Affidavit in reference to the Sunday Night Robbery at the Liberty Jack in the Box.  The Probable Cause was presented to Judge Stephen Hebert, who issued an arrest warrant for Samuel Ray Ganz, age 23 of Liberty.  Ganz is charged with Aggravated Robbery which is a first degree felony. 

Ganz was arrested without incident shortly after 7:00 p.m. Wednesday evening.

Police also conducted a search at a residence in the 2400 block of Grand Wednesday evening where they recovered evidence related to the robbery.

Ganz remains in the Liberty County Jail where bond was set by Judge Hebert at $100,000.
