Drug Arrest in City Cemetery

LIBERTY, October 4, 2014 - Around 1:00 AM on Saturday morning Officer Frank Longoria was responding to an alarm call at the LISD Bus Barn on Bowie Street when he noticed a vehicle sitting in the driveway of the City Cemetery.

Longoria drove up behind the pickup truck and activated his lights.

Longoria asked the driver to get out of the vehicle and she was evasive in her answers as to what the group was doing in the cemetery.

Longoria asked for consent to search the vehicle and found two packages of prescription narcotic in a package of snack foods.

Also found was a crack pipe, a baggy of a white crystalline substance that tested positive for Methamphetamine and well as drug packaging Baggies.

Felishia Marie Peeler was charged with Possession of Dangerous Drugs and Possession of a controlled Substance and transported to jail.

Passenger in the vehicle, Jennifer Sue Lusko age 44, was charged with Possession of Dangerous Drugs and transported to Jail.

Felishia Peeler age 34 was accompanied by a two-year old child.
