Reward Offered for Most Wanted Sex Offender
AUSTIN, February 22, 2013 – The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) has added Nicholas Vonwayne Prejean, 24, to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender list, and a $3,000 cash reward is now offered for information leading to his capture. Prejean, a suspected Crips gang member, is identified as a ”high risk“ sex offender with a violent criminal past. He is wanted for felony failure to register as a sex offender and probation violation. All tips can be offered anonymously.
He was convicted in 2006 for the sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl and sentenced to two years in prison.
