Persons of Interest in Bank Burglary
LIBERTY, June 18, 2013 - The Liberty County Sheriff’s Department responded to a burglary at the Hull State Bank in Hull on Wednesday, June 12, 2013, shortly before 5:00 AM.
Today the department has released the following description of a person of interest in the burglary.
The person of interested is identified as Luther Don Whitmire, age 42, 5 ft., 6 inches tall weighing about 170 lbs. with blonde hair and blue eyes. He and a person described as a possible person of interest or perhaps a victim are thought to be driving a Maroon 2009 Ford Fusion TX License Number SNP 066.
Whitemire is wanted on an active pardon and parole warrant as well as other warrants and is considered to be armed and dangerous and a threat to peace officers.
The female thought to be accompanying Whitmire is identified as Kala Jenee Moor age 27 and is 5 ft. 3 inches tall with black hair and green eyes.
