LIBERTY, October 28, 2013 - TODAY AND TONIGHT PATCHY DENSE FOG IS POSSIBLE EARLY THIS MORNING. MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO USE CAUTION DRIVING THROUGH AREAS WITH REDUCED VISIBILITIES. ALL FOG IS EXPECTED TO LIFT AND DISSIPATE BY MID MORNING.

TUESDAY THROUGH SUNDAY THE NEXT BEST CHANCE OF RAIN IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN IN THE AFTERNOON OR EVENING HOURS ON WEDNESDAY AND COULD PERSIST UNTIL LATE THURSDAY NIGHT OR EARLY FRIDAY MORNING. SOME LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH THE PERIOD WITH THIS STORM SYSTEM AS IT MOVES SLOWLY ACROSS THE AREA. EXPECT THE END OF THE WEEK AND THE WEEKEND TO BE DRY WITH COOL NIGHTS AND MILD DAYS.
