Master Gardener Training Course Offered

LIBERTY, November 4, 2013 - The Liberty County office of The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service and the Liberty County Master Gardener Association is planning the 2014 Master Gardener Training Course for those interested in becoming a Certified Texas Master Gardener. There will be an introductory meeting at 6:30 p.m. on December 5, 2013 at the Liberty County Extension Office at 501 Palmer in Liberty. If you are interested in becoming a Certified Master Gardener please plan on attending this very important meeting. Participants will find out about the commitment that it takes to become a Master Gardener along with the course description. Participants will then have a two week opportunity to decide if they want to take the course. At that time they will return for a mandatory meeting on December 19 to sign up for the course and pay the registration fee.
