Feral Hog Control Program

AUSTIN August 8, 2013 - The Liberty County Office of the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service will host a program on Feral Hog Control on Thursday, August 15, 2013 beginning at 9:00 a.m. at the Extension Office in Liberty. If you are having issues with feral hogs in your yard, neighborhood or pasture this is a program that you won’t want to miss. Mark Tyson, Extension Associate with Wildlife and Fisheries, Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service will speak on feral hog habits, environment and control. The morning will begin at 9:00 a.m. with a program followed by a feral hog trap demonstration and ending with a site visit in Liberty to a neighborhood that is being “overrun” with feral hogs.
