Man Arrested at Grocery Warehouse

LIBERTY, July 28, 2012 – Shortly after 1:00 AM on Saturday Officer Frank Longoria was on patrol on North Main Street when he noticed a Chevy Camero in the parking lot of the Grocery Warehouse across from the Subway on North Main Street.

According to Officer Longoria when he stopped to investigate, making contact with the driver identified as Thomas Franklin Wilson age 29 of Liberty the man told him he was looking for discarded boxes that he intended to use for packing.

In the process of identifying Wilson it was discovered that he had an outstanding warrant for Assault Class A Family Violence and was taken into custody.

After his arrest Officer Longoria transported him to the Liberty County Jail.
