Man Stabbed at Dayton Park Apartments DAYTON, May 12, 2012 – Shortly after 5:30 AM on Thursday the City of Dayton Police Department received a 911 call from a phone at the Dayton Park Apartments at 4490 N. Cleveland in Dayton. According to Dayton Police, the caller told dispatchers that someone had tried to rob him and that he had just been stabbed. The caller identified himself as Michael Moreau, 58 years old of Dayton. Moreau was outside in the garage at the apartment complex when the man had approached him wanting some money and a ride home. The next thing Moreau knew was that he was in a fight for his life when the suspect suddenly ran away. While Dayton Police were investigating the call, they received information that a man matching the description of the suspect Johnathon Clark age 22 of Dayton had told someone he had just stabbed somebody at the apartments and was trying to get away. Clark was located later at a friend’s house in Woodland Hills.
Moreau was transported by Life Fight to Herman Hospital where he is listed in critical condition after surgery for multiple stab wounds.
