Montgmery County Constable Pct. 4 Police Blotter

LIBERTY, June 9, 2012 – Below is the Montgomery County Constble Pct. 4 Blotter for the week of June 27, 2012.


William John Warhol, III, 27 of Splendora was arrested on two outstanding JP4 warrants.
Around 2:30 a.m. on July 4, a Pct. 4 Deputy Constable saw a 4-wheeler traveling north on Tram Rd. near Diamond C in Splendora. The deputy made contact with the driver and learned he had two outstanding warrants.

Syble Ingle Regan, 39, of Conroe is charged with felony Theft.
Pct. 4 Deputies arrested Regan at her home in the 13600 block of Walker Road on July 4, around 4 a.m. after confirming her outstanding Montgomery County warrant.

Ernesto G. Franco, 25, of Houston is charged with misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana.
On July 3, around 3 a.m., Pct. 4 Deputies were patrolling Crystalwood Circle in the Arbor Oaks Subdivision of New Caney. The area had a recent rash of burglaries, so when they saw a vehicle backed into a driveway with its lights out and someone inside, they shined a spotlight on the vehicle and saw a man inside who began making suspicious movements. A deputy approached the vehicle and smelled the distinct odor of burnt marijuana. As he reached the car, the deputy saw the driver, Ernesto Franco, attempt to conceal a cigar under his leg. The deputy ordered Franco out of the vehicle and then retrieved the cigar which contained marijuana. Franco was taken into to custody.

James Michael Volonnino, 37, of New Caney was arrested on a bond revocation warrant for his 2nd Driving While Intoxicated charge.
On July 3, around 2:30 p.m. Pct. 4 Deputies stopped a vehicle for a violation in the 24700 block of FM 1314 in Porter and Volonnino was a passenger in that vehicle.

Shane Allen Martin, 39, of Splendora is charged with four outstanding JP4 warrants.
Martin was the occupant of a vehicle a deputy stopped a near the intersection of Tram Rd. and FM 2090 in Splendora around 11 p.m. on July 3. A check of his ID revealed multiple warrants and he was taken into custody.

Michael Wayne Burns, 28, of Magnolia is charged with Burglary of a Building and Forgery.
A Pct. 4 Deputy Constable arrested Burns on July 2 around 10:30 p.m. in the 22600 block of Baneberry in Magnolia, while working an extra job. Burns approached the deputy and said he wanted to turn himself in. After confirming two felony warrants, the deputy took Burns into custody.

Anthony Ray Vasquez, 29, of Conroe is charged with misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana.
On July 2, around 10:30 p.m., a Pct. 4 Deputy Constable stopped an SUV for a violation at the corner of Porter Lane and Gene Campbell in Porter and smelled a strong odor of marijuana from inside the vehicle. The deputy asked driver to exit the vehicle and stand in front of the patrol car. He then asked her if there was marijuana inside the vehicle and she said there was not. The deputy then asked passenger Anthony Vasquez if he had marijuana and he admitting having a marijuana cigarette inside the car. The deputy requested and received consent to search the vehicle and found a zipper bag containing marijuana, which Vasquez claimed belonged to him and was taken into custody.

Bailey Denise Williamson, 21, of Conroe is charged with misdemeanor Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Gregory Alan Scott, 31, of Conroe is charged with misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana.
Clayde Robert Arie, Jr., 19, of Cleveland was arrested on three JP4 warrants.
On July 2, around 1 a.m., a Pct. 4 Deputy stopped a passenger car for a violation on Pioneer Lane in unincorporated Conroe. He found three people inside, including a female and two males. All occupants acted extremely nervous, prompting the deputy to ask the driver, Gregory Scott, to exit the vehicle. He asked if the driver had anything illegal and he admitted having a small amount of marijuana in his pocket, which was in a small plastic bag. A check of male passenger, Clayde Arie’s ID revealed he had active warrants through Montgomery County. An inventory of the vehicle revealed a small plastic wrapper containing numerous pills identified as Ambien. The female passenger, Bailey Williamson, claimed ownership of the pills for which she had no prescription. All three were arrested.

Daniel Santos, 18, of Conroe is charged with misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana.
On July 1, around 11 p.m., a Pct. 4 Deputy was assisting another deputy on a traffic stop when he saw another driver approaching the scene who was committing a violation. The deputy stopped the vehicle and noticed a strong odor of marijuana from inside the vehicle. The deputy requested and received consent to search the vehicle where he found marijuana and then took the suspect into custody.

Adan Ramirez, 20, of Houston is charged with misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana.
On July 1, around 7:30 p.m., a Pc.t 4 Deputy was on patrol in the area of FM 1485 and Willaby Road in New Caney when he stopped a vehicle for a violation and could smell a strong odor of marijuana. In plain view, the deputy could see marijuana on the drier’s lap. He asked the driver to step out of the vehicle and asked how much marijuana was inside. The deputy requested and received consent to search the vehicle where he found a piece of a marijuana cigarette, and additional small amounts of marijuana in the driver’s seat and in the trunk. The driver was taken into custody. He claimed ownership of the contraband and the passenger was released.

Kenneth Walker Pickering, 37, of Porter is charged with Driving while License Suspended/Invalid and two outstanding misdemeanor warrants. ON June 31, around 1 a.m., a Deputy stopped a vehicle for a violation in the area of FM 1485 and Baptist Encampment Road in New Caney where he found the driver, Kenneth Pickering had a suspended license and two active warrants.

Joshua Ryan Stair, 30, of Willis is charged with Failure to Appear.
On June 30, around 4:45 p.m., Pct. 4 Deputies arrested Joshua Stair in the area of FM 1314 and Cumberland in Porter after stopping him for traffic violation and learning he had an active JP4 warrant.

James Wayne Kelsey, 57, of New Caney is charged with Driving While License Suspended/Invalid.
On June 30, around 9:15 a.m., a deputy stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation at the intersection of Thelma Lane and Lodge in New Caney and learned the driver had a suspended license and two prior convictions of driving while his license was suspended.

Tommy Lynn Tullis, 32, of Huffman is charged with Failure to Appear.
Pct. 4 Deputy Constables arrested Tullis around 3 a.m. on June 28 near the intersection of FM 1314 and Farris Green in Porter.

Christopher Maurice Lopez, 22, of Porter is charged with misdemeanor Possession of Marijuana.
On June 27, around 6 p.m., Pct. 4 Deputy Constables stopped a black pickup that was northbound on Needham Lane for a violation. They smelled a strong odor of marijuana from inside the vehicle. The driver Christopher Lopez told deputies there was marijuana inside. Deputies recovered it and a water pipe used for smoking marijuana.

Daniel David Richard, 26, of Conroe was arrested on three outstanding JP4 warrants.
Pct. 4 Deputy Constables arrested Richard on June 25, around 4:30 p.m., at his home on Rocky Road.

Andrew Lee Perdue, 18, of Porter was arrested on a felony warrant.
Pct. 4 Deputy Constables arrested Andrew Purdue on June 27 at his home in the 23800 block of Wildwood in Porter.
