LCGS Presented Spring Seminar
LIBERTY, February 21, 2012 - On Saturday February 18 the Liberty County Genealogical Society presented its' Spring Seminar. Visitors from Baytown, Kingwood, and Tomball braved the stormy weather to attend.
Mrs. Nancy Brandli and Mrs. Linda Jamison's presentations were well received by the society members and visitors. Their topics invited discussion and questions from the attendees. With two presentations in the morning, and two presentations after lunch, those present received a wealth of information from the two distinguished genealogists.
The Society meets the third Tuesday of each month at 10AM in the DAR meeting room behind the historic Cleveland-Partlow House on Grand Avenue in Liberty. With exciting presentations planned for the future, anyone interested in family research is invited to attend.
