Man Arrested at High School Track for Criminal Trespass
LIBERTY, February 27, 2012 - City of Liberty Police Officer Josh Cummins responded to the track at Liberty School after a female complained of the strange man who had followed her from the track to they gymnasium. Officer Cummins arrived at the gym and was informed that the man had returned to the track. Officer Cummins located the man sitting in a chair at the track. The man was identified as Orlando Elmer Cook age 32 of Daisetta. According to Officer Cummins, Cook had previously been issued a Criminal Trespass Warning for the entire school property and had numerous other Criminal Trespass Warnings for locations and businesses throughout the city. He is well known to local law enforcement.
