LIBERTY January 14, 2018 - Shortly after midnight officers responded to Outlaw Jacks in the City of Liberty in reference to a disturbance and possible shooting.  Upon arrival officers determined that one victim had been shot multiple times in the parking lot area of the business.  Initial investigation determined that the shooting was a result of a disturbance that is believed to have started inside the club. 

The victim is a 27 year of age male with a local address.  He was transported by air ambulance to Herman Hospital in Houston.  His last known condition was critical and he had gone through surgery.

Police arrested “Dustin” Michael Ray Vacha, age 25 out of Pleasant Valley Missouri for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon which is a 1st Degree Felony.  He was placed in the Liberty County Jail where he awaits arraignment.  He is believed to have local connections and family.
