LEAGUE CITY September 23, 2019 - The National Weather Service in League City has issued a

* Flood Warning for...
  Southeastern Montgomery County in southeastern Texas...
  Chambers County in southeastern Texas...
  Liberty County in southeastern Texas...
  East central Harris County in southeastern Texas...

* Until 1100 AM CDT Monday.

* At 1100 PM CDT, law enforcement, emergency managers and
  transportation officials in the warned area indicate there are
  still roads that are impassable due to flooding. Please check with
  state and local officials for road conditions before traveling in
  the affected area.

* Flooding will continue to slowly diminish through Monday. Continue
  to check for future warnings and with local officials for the
  latest information before traveling.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Northeastern Baytown, Liberty, Dayton, Barrett, Crosby, Mont
  Belvieu, Anahuac, Old River-Winfree, Ames, Daisetta, Hardin, Plum
  Grove, Kenefick, Cove, Devers, Dayton Lakes, Stowell, Winnie, Lake
  Houston and Tarkington Prairie.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

A Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring. All
interested parties should take necessary precautions immediately.
