LIBERTY January 30, 2018 - On 9/4/2018 OFFICERS were dispatched to Wal-Mart in reference to a Theft. OFFICERS arrived on scene and made contact with the store Manager. OFFICERS then proceeded to the video room to watch the video of the incident. The video showed a female accompanied by a white male scanning items and skipping some of the items then putting the items in a basket.

The female, identified as Brooke Lynn Luce age 20, admitted to stealing the items and was issued a citation. OFFICERS then went back into service.
