Free Genealogy Workshop Offered By LCGS On July 16th

LIBERTY June 20, 2019 - The Liberty County Genealogical Society is offering a FREE “Summer Splash” Genealogical Workshop on Tuesday, July 16th in the DAR Meeting Room located behind the historic Cleveland-Partlow House on Grand Avenue in Liberty.  The time is 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.  Lunch is included at no charge.  The program includes a number of informative webinars and PowerPoints which cover tips and research secrets from professional genealogists, how to uncover and determine whether “passed on” family research is fact or fiction, how to follow the evidence in your genealogical research, how to use indirect evidence to break through “brick walls” and how to organize and improve your research with tips from top genealogists and much more including materials to take home.  Space for the workshop is limited and on a “first come” basis, via email or phone listed below.
