LIBERTY May 31, 2018 ⎯ On 05/28/2018, OFFICERS with the Liberty Police Department were dispatched to a restaurant on US 90 in reference to counterfeit money.

OFFICERS arrived on scene and made contact with a complainant who advised a female subject had passed fake money over a two-day time frame. OFFICERS were advised the subject was still on scene at the time.

OFFICERS started an investigation and found that a crime was committed, and arrested Jessica Ann Smith age 30 of Oklahoma Street in Liberty.
