LIBERTY, February 23, 2018 - On Februqry 13, 2018 Officers with the City of Liberty Police Department were dispatched to the 900 block of Milam in reference to a disturbance.

	Upon arrival the suspects were leaving in a passenger car. The Officers initiated a traffic stop. The Officers observed marijuana to be in plain view on the dashboard. Two subjects were detained. Officers located marijuana throughout the passenger car. Also a pistol magazine was located. The two suspects identified as Colby Welch-McKeever age 27 of Liberty and Ashley Heighton age 23 of Dayton, were taken into custody. A school was located within 1,000 feet.
