DAYTON June 29, 2018 ⎯ Early Sunday morning around 2:00 AM Jennifer Chatlin age 45 of South Liberty County was arrested again by Dayton PD for possession of a controlled substance in the amount of about 21 grams of PCP.

The arrest occurred as the result of a traffic stop where the drugs were located in the console of the vehicle.

Bond was set at $100,000 dollars.
