LIBERTY May 25, 2018 ⎯ On 05/13/2018 Officers with the City of Liberty Police Department were dispatched to the 1800 block of N San Jacinto in reference to a welfare check at 4:25 PM.

A resident in the 1800 block of N San Jacinto advised a female knocked on her door asking for help. The resident believed the subject was intoxicated.

Officers arrived on scene and spoke with the subject who was known to the Officers. The Officers observed the Defendant to be unsteady upon her feet. The subject stated she used "meth yesterday".

An Officer performed the HGN test on the subject. The Officer observed all six clues of nystagmus, including vertical. Fearing the subject was a danger to herself and others, while in a public place, the Officer placed the subject into custody.

The Officer then transported the subject, identified as Christiina Renee Boudreaux age 25 of Liberty, to the Liberty County Jail.
