Man Arrested in Case of Revenge Porn

LIBERTY, August 23, 2017 - On August 21, 2017 Joseph James Nunan age 34 of Hardin was arrested for Publish/Threat to publish Intimate Visual Material. His bond was set at $1,000 dollars by Justice of the Peace Cody Parrish.
You may recall that on August 2, 2016 Nunan was arrested by Liberty Police at Wal-Mart for leaving his three year old daughter in the car unattended. Nunan was charged with Endangering a Child Criminal Negligence and transported to the Liberty county Jail. Nunan was a youth football coach at the time of this arrest.

According to sources Nunan pleaded guilty to the charge and received a $500 dollar fine, 100 hours of community service and 12 months deferred adjudication. Sources also tell i-dineout.com that Nunan was, until recently, a volunteer fireman.

In this latest case the complainant claims that Nunan had published nude photographs of her on the internet in a case of revenge porn.
