Law Catches Up with Suspect
LIBERTY, Febuary 24, 2017 - At times it takes a long time for the long arm of the law to catch up with people but it usually does.
In September of 2015 a child was left in a vehicle at the Family Dollars store in Liberty and police responded to investigate.
Officer Frank Longoria issued McClure a citation for leaving a child in a vehicle.
However, McClure did not pay the citation and in March 2016 a warrant was issued for her arrest. That warrant was served on February 19, 2017.
There was a second warrant for McClure for defacing Library property.
McClure was picked up on these outstanding warrants and transported to jail.
