Harvey Restoration Information

LIBERTY, September 19, 2017 - Latest figures show 8,621 FEMA registrations in Liberty County and awards of $ 8,809,831.57 as of this morning.

Registration remains open for those affected by Harvey and you can register by calling 800-621-3362 or by going on line at www.disasterassistance.gov

Disaster Recover Center ( DRC ) inspection teams have approved two locations so far in Liberty County, ( Civic Center in Dayton and the Civic Center in Cleveland) ,HOWEVER, FEMA does not have staff available today, but we are still hopeful they can get at least one of the locations open by the end of this week.

Meanwhile anyone that has registered with FEMA and wants to visit a DRC before ours open can go to the FEMA.GOV website and look for open DRC centers in the region. Baytown and Beaumont do have open centers.

Aerial Mosquito spraying will continue as weather allows. Will update the schedule when known.

Debris issues should be addressed later this week and we still hope to have a schedule for pickup by early next week.
